In addition to weekly promotional emails, I was also a part of redesigning the visual identity and pathway for our brand ambassador program. These behavioral emails are designed to inspire and motivate brand ambassadors to promote the brand’s products. The brand ambassador email redesign assisted in generating a 5% increase in user generated content. These emails were input into Klaviyo in order to customize automated emails according to the customer’s engagement.
